The Kingdom of God has come in the person of Messiah Jesus. But its power and influence are visible only in the sphere in which the world least expects to see them. They are visible in the poor in spirit, among those who mourn over sin, and in the persecuted community of the followers of Jesus. It is these who receive the divine benediction.
